Ok so i got my period today. I really want to use tampons. I bought some Tampax Pearl lite ones and i put one in. It feels sort of weird. like, i geuss i cant rly feel it. But i can feel SOME of it. Like, the end of it. Im worried I might not have put it in right or something? I need help really fast, thanks.

You prbly didnt put it in far enough. take it out and try again.

Ok. I put another one in. This time I cant feel it quite as much. I tried putting it up a little further. I can still feel it just a little. For some reason, my period is very light today when usualy its pretty heavy my first day. Do you think I can still feel it a tad because its more dry up there lol? Should I be using tampons even when Im rlly light? Im concerned because usually im so heavy my first day. Or because Im so light should I be using pads? Im not suree and im very confused.

um i use tampons when i am light, but i am used to them.
it may sound gross, but try pushing it further up with your finger or something.
the first few times i tried tampons i didn't like it, at all!
and now i use them ALL the time.
usually once it is in right there you can't feel it.
whether you are dry or wet.
it doesn't matter, the only difference is it might be harder toa ctually insert it,
i think its not in properly.
talk to your mom if once you try it again it doesn't work.

I use tampons mostly if i'm in a good mood lol.
Even if your flow is light I'd still use tampons
my mom say's pads make you smell bad,
and they have more chances of leaking.
I'd be careful cause is your still a virgin
you could pop your own cherry with it,
But anyway when i first started it was like that
so then i tries again and pushed it harder
that sound weird lol but it worked after a few times
it'll be like putting clothes you know really easy.

and when i first started using them it was hard but it gets easier
and this is not a clue to go out & have sex or anything or idk if u have (not my buisness). . when ur a virgin it is harder,& then after a while u get used to it but for sum reason it got alot easier after the fact that ur not. . thats weird. . lol * but i can understand y*
but ya the thing i hate is that i wanna wear a tampon most of then time but then if i put it in at like 5 ill have to get up at 2 in tha morning to change n i dont wanna

yeah the exact same thing happens to me. and it hurts like hell when i take it out :/ even when its full! I thought maybe it was just the tampon it self? Its the only one i've tried so idk. They do open like 360 or something...lol

When your period is light then you are going to feel it, tampons only feel comfortable when you have a heavy flow... also when your first getting use to it you can really notice it... or if your a virgin (like myself) its tighter maybe thats got something to do with it

try a different brand..or take it out and try again.

i use that brand and size also. i feel it at first, but later on when it's had time to soak it up, i can't feel it at all.
